What is Dommek?
Dommek is an online platform for HOA and condominium purchase and lease applications. Buyers and tenants use it to find their association by address, complete the application their association requires, upload supporting documents, sign electronically and pay the application fee by card. Property management companies use Dommek to receive complete applications, obtain background and credit checks, forward packages to the board for approval and issue estoppel letters, at no cost to the management company: applicants pay the fees when they submit. Applicants get email updates at each step and an approval or denial notice once the board decides. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on card statements as "DOMMEK", and application data is encrypted and stored on servers in the United States.
