Applications must be submitted through the system and fully completed. Once submitted, the management company will obtain any required background and credit checks and forward all necessary documents to the board for review and approval.
These documents are required by the association you are purchasing or leasing in. All requirements are outlined in the association’s governing documents.
All individuals listed on the sales contract or lease agreement, as well as any occupants age 18 or older, must apply. Married couples may complete one joint application; all other individuals 18+ must complete their own.
It depends on the specific associations. If both require applications, you will be prompted to complete each one and pay both application fees.
If the association allows it, applications may be submitted under a company or LLC. However, an individual must be listed on the application for background check purposes. All other documents—except a photo ID—can be submitted under the company or LLC name. Check the governing documents for association-specific rules.
Approval times vary by association. Timelines are determined by each association’s process and outlined in their governing documents.
Most applications can be completed in approximately 10 minutes, depending on the requirements of the specific association.
You will receive an "Application Completed" confirmation email at the address provided during submission.
To resume an application, return to the application portal and log in with the email address you used to start the application. You’ll be able to pick up where you left off.
To request changes after submission, please contact the management company directly for assistance.
These documents should be provided by your seller, realtor, or landlord. If not, you may purchase them through the website listed on the application portal.
Our platform uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all personal and financial information submitted through the system.
Once a decision is made, an approval or denial notice will be sent to the email address provided on your application.
Document requirements vary by association and are outlined in the governing documents. If you’re unable to provide a required document, contact the management company for guidance.
Status updates will be sent to your email throughout the process. If more information is needed, the management company will contact you directly.
Application fees are non-refundable, as agreed upon during submission.
Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most trusted payment processors, used by millions of businesses including Amazon, Shopify, and Instacart. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — Dommek never sees or stores your full card number.
The charge will appear as DOMMEK. If you see a charge you don't recognize, look for this name before reporting it to your bank — disputing a valid application fee can delay your application.
Dommek is operated by Keystone International Ventures Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore that serves community associations across the United States. Because our company is registered outside the U.S., your bank may flag the payment as an international transaction, even though your association and property are in the U.S. This is expected and does not mean anything is wrong with your payment.
Your card is charged in U.S. dollars, so the amount shown at checkout is exactly the amount Dommek bills you. There is no currency conversion and no additional charge from us.
Singapore is one of the world's leading financial and technology hubs, chosen by companies including Google, Microsoft, Visa, and Stripe itself as their Asia-Pacific headquarters. It consistently ranks among the top countries globally for rule of law, regulatory quality, and absence of corruption. For a technology company, it offers world-class infrastructure and a stable, well-regulated legal environment — the same reasons the world's largest financial institutions operate there.
Yes. Singapore's financial sector is overseen by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the country's central bank and financial regulator, which is widely regarded as one of the most rigorous regulators in the world. Singapore is a member of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the global standard-setting body for anti-money-laundering, and holds the highest available sovereign credit rating (AAA) from all three major rating agencies — a distinction shared by only a handful of countries.
Yes. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs how companies collect, use, and store personal information, with protections comparable to those in the United States and Europe, and is enforced by a dedicated national commission with the power to issue significant financial penalties. In addition, all application data is stored on servers located in the United States.
All data transmitted to and from our platform is encrypted in transit using TLS, the same standard used by online banking. Application data and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest on our servers in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized personnel at your management company and association, and every action taken on your application is logged.
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification available. Your card information goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is licensed as a Major Payment Institution by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Some U.S. banks automatically decline international transactions as a fraud precaution. If your card is declined, call the number on the back of it, confirm you authorized the payment to Dommek, then return to the application portal and try again. Using a different card often works as well.
