Within 30 days after the association you referred processes its first application on Dommek.
By ACH bank transfer to a U.S. bank account. Before the first payout we'll ask for your payment details and a completed W-9 for tax reporting.
The first complete submission wins. Every referral is time-stamped when it arrives, and we'll tell you if the association was already referred or is already talking with us.
No. Refer as many associations as you like. Each one that goes live earns its own reward based on its size.
Your referral stays valid for 12 months from the day you submit it. If the association signs within that window, the reward is yours at the rate in effect when you submitted.
Yes, if you disclose the referral to your board before submitting and your association's governing documents allow it. The same applies to anyone with a fiduciary duty to an association.
