Referral program terms

1. The program

The Dommek referral program (the "Program") is offered by Keystone International Ventures Pte. Ltd., which operates Dommek ("Dommek", "we", "us"). It rewards people who introduce Dommek to homeowners and condominium associations in the United States that don't yet use Dommek to process resident purchase and lease applications.

2. Who can take part

You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payment in the United States. Current Dommek employees and contractors are not eligible.

Board members, officers, community association managers and anyone else with a fiduciary duty to an association must disclose the referral, and any reward, to that association's board before submitting it. You are responsible for confirming that accepting a reward is allowed by the association's governing documents, your employer's policies, and any laws, licensing rules or professional standards that apply to you, including real estate and settlement-services rules. We may decline or withhold a reward where accepting it would not be allowed.

3. What counts as a qualifying referral

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true: you submit it through the form on the referral program page with accurate information about the association and a contact there; the association is not already a Dommek customer, in active discussions with us, or previously referred by someone else; the association signs an agreement with Dommek within 12 months of your submission; and the association processes its first application on Dommek.

If more than one person refers the same association, the first complete submission we receive, by its timestamp, is the only one that qualifies. We'll tell you if an association you submit was already referred or is already talking with us.

4. Rewards

Rewards are one-time payments per qualifying association, based on the association's total door count (units) at the time it signs with Dommek: up to 149 units, $750; 150 to 399 units, $1,500; 400 units or more, $3,000.

There is no limit on the number of associations you can refer. Rewards are paid at the rates in effect on the date you submitted the referral. A master association and each sub-association count as separate associations only if each signs its own agreement with Dommek.

5. Payment

We pay rewards within 30 days after the referred association processes its first application on Dommek. Payments are made by ACH transfer to a U.S. bank account in U.S. dollars. Before the first payment we'll ask for your payment details and a completed IRS Form W-9, and we may report payments to tax authorities as required. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

6. Conduct

Don't misrepresent Dommek, offer anything of value to an association or its board on our behalf, or submit associations without a genuine connection or a reasonable belief that they may be interested. We may reject referrals, withhold rewards, or remove you from the Program if we reasonably believe a referral involved fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or a breach of these terms.

7. Changes and ending the Program

We may change these terms or end the Program at any time by updating this page. Changes don't affect referrals submitted before the change takes effect, which keep the terms in place when they were submitted.
